Paxilus or Paxillus: How To spell?

The word Paxilus is misspelled against Paxillus, a noun meaning "One of a peculiar kind of spines covering the surface of certain starfishes. They are pillarlike, with a flattened summit which is covered with minute spinules or granules. See Illustration in Appendix."

Paxillus has double "ll" is mispronounced as "l"
Remember double 'LL' in between the strings paxi & us which should not be misspelled with single 'L'
